Xmas spoilt

<p>Ordered plenty items on the 12th of december as gifts for xmas. I now have to explain to my son why he is not getting anything for xmas. I have written several emails, and each time I was promised all Items will be delivered. It is now the 24 th of December, and items will not be delivered. I am disgusted by all the false promises and lies. I will never be caught by such lies and general lack of any effort again. IRATE CUSTOMER</p>
