Xiang Yan Tang Face Masks

I would like to express my disappointment concerning a Box of Xiang Yan Tang face masks that my wife bought on Takealot. I am shocked to even try understand how this product made it through a trusted name like Takealot. The strings are lightly dabbed in glue, every 3rd one snaps on your face. The ones that don't break immediately only last 2 wearings. This is a huge health risk for anyone that has purchased this face mask from you. You clearly didn't take the time to even test whether this meets any health standards, it's impossible that you could have done this.
