x96 mini no NETFLIX

I purchased an android box from them in 2018, netflix never ever worked on the box. everything else works... I contacted them today asking if i can return the device so Netflix can be sorted. they said no its out of the 3 months return policy. I was told to contact the supplier.

I then asked them for contact details and they do not want to provide details.

So how can i purchase something on Takealots plateform but they dont want to connect me with the supplier to have the issue resolved?

I would like some more clarity on this matter.
