Wront item provided, refuse to handle exchange

I placed an order with Takealot and th ewrong item was provided. I was supposed to get a bundle deal, but only one part was provided.<br> To date, I have called the call centre every single day for a week. Each time I get promised a call back, but to no avail. Secondly, I see delivery will be made on 1 January 1970 on the website. Third, the missing item is sold separately, why can I not just receive the missing item in my bundle instead of having to exchange and replace.<br> Lastly, I collected in the CT warehouse whilst on holiday. I was asked to dorp off at the warehouse and then wait 2 days to come back again and collect my exchange.<br> What happened to customer service and eas of delivery.<br> I have been waiting over a week now since the wrong item was provided.
