Wrongful delivery. Not making sure the product is what they advertise.

I ordered two16gb ddr4 3200mhz memory sticks for a DESKTOP. Takealot confirmed it was the right sticks for a DESKTOP after 6 (six) days when it arrived it was the two short sticks for a notebook/laptop. I sent it back received the credit back though Iand had to buy other memory. I have to wait ANOTHER 6 (six) or even more days. That is not right it is unreasonable. If they sent me the right 2x 16gb ddr4 3200mhz memory sticks in the beginning I would have been a happy customer.
