Wrongful advertising

I would like to write how disgusted I am in the service from Takealot.com. on their website under the selected item they highlight that the item is available for Cash On Delivery however when you are close to checking out it advises that it is not available. I've notified the business and instead of fixing the problem they insist that I choose a different payment option which I cannot do due to the type of bank account I have that does not allow online purchases, even when selecting pick up it still does not give the option. This is wrongful advertising and it's distasteful. I even have screenshots showing this putrid service
