Wrong Supply

I always do my online shopping from Takealot, but the last orders have all been wrong. Either the product or the capacity of the product was wrong. Also the respond time is really slow. If the people cant see the difference on the box where it says 30 litres, but the people tag the product 42Lt then there must be seriously something wrong. I have waited almost three weeks for this product, and what a disappointment when it was the wrong item. I think more attention should be given to identifying the products ordered.
