Wrong Size - Again

Honestly had the best time with your services until now. Last week i ordered a pair of flip flops, size 8. I collected at the Bank City Collection Point and when I got home I opened the box and it was exactly what I wanted - but in the wrong size. It was a size 5.5. I immediately logged a return. This Monday, 08/07/2024, my parcel was collected. I got a message for delivery of my replacement to be today. Parcel arrived. I literally just opened it now and, again, its a size 5.5. What's going on? You're a great service and I am looking to use your services even more in the future but this is honestly killing my spirit...
