Wrong shoe size keeps being delivered even after logging for a refund or correct shoe size!
We placed an order for soccer boots in size 8 but received size 7 instead. A return was logged, yet the replacement sent was still size 7. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Takealot continues to send the incorrect size and has not processed a refund.
