WRONG PRODUCTS!!!!

I ordered 1 x m.2 SSD and 1 x Xiaomi powerbank. I received my parcel but the incorrect contents!!! How do you manage to mess up an order so simple. Now I am forced to wait another 3-4 working days if im lucky because someone *****ed up. Utterly despicable service
