Wrong products delivered and no care

Have placed orders with these people and of them have had issues with divery or something else, the latest one is that they delivered incorrect items after I waited for them for two weeks,worst thing is that no one even updates me even when I floow up no one responds, does anyone have thier CEO's email address?
