Wrong products

<p>I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 phone from Takealot on 30 September 2016. Every phone need a protector for the screen and the body. After various attemts to get the correct products, I found out that even Takelot are unaware that the screen covers and gel covers are not made for the phone they are supplying. Every time I request them to rectify it, they open a ticket and the problem does not get resolved. Bad service from a company where I have spent thousands of rands in the last coupld of years.</p>
