Wrong product worst service ever!

One star is too good for Takealot.com. I selected and bought a Samsung 32” 80cm tv from takealot and received a 29” 73cm. Spoke to one of the assistants Kayla Murphy who informed me I need to take the tv back to Takealot Constantia. I then received an email from Olivia Stanford requesting a picture of the barcode on the tv and the box which I sent to her immeduately. When I arrived their office this morning the lady at the counter refused to take the tv-netten back without a return ref number. Nothing of the sort was mentioned to me yesterday I’m furious to say the least!!!! Then I’m furious that Discovery sent me a voucher to only buy the tv from Takealot.
