Wrong product twice in a row

I ordered a product online 30 May and received the complete opposite of what the pictures look like. I logged a return . They fetched the wrong product and told me they would investigate the matter and make sure I receive the correct product . I once again received the wrong product!!!same as the first time. And now I as the customer must go through the investigation process of the wrong order once again! No thank you!
