Wrong product refused

I ordered Smartday Home CCTV with motion detection onlinefrom takealot. Unfortunately when they delivered I didn't open the package until a technician detected that a hard drive was empty, cameras are not motion dection ability. When I pointed these discrepancies to takealot, I was informed that 30 days have passed and they cant replace product, although the product was not what I ordered. I'm very disappointed in their service.
