Wrong product, refund still not processed 15 days later

On 09 December 2020 I bought an air conditioner from Takealot.com hoping that by Christmas we would have an air conditioner at home since it’s very hot in Tzaneen. On 14 December 2020 Takealot delivered the indoor unit only, despite advertising that the product comes with both indoor and outdoor units. I lodged a return on 15 December 2020, they only collected their product on 21 December 2020. To date, the refund has not been processed. 20 days later, I don’t have an air conditioner and I don’t have my money so I can’t even buy it elsewhere.
