Wrong product + no refund/return

Ordered a weight lifting belt from them. Ordered the correct size according to their description. When the belt arrived it was way too small. Clearly the belt had been mislabled as "Large". But because takealot has "30 day hassle free" return policy, I wasn't to upset, since I figured I would get the right size even if I had to wait two more weeks. So I returned the item via their collection point in George. I didn't hear from them in over a week so I checked to see if I could find any info on the app. The return had been declined for no reason and they did not even let me know. So I've had to write off my money and the belt. Needless to say it was my last time buying from them.
