Wrong Product delivered twice and then just sorry out of stock

After purchasing a Snomaster 52l Dual Fridge and Freezer combo on special it was delivered wrongly with a 75l single fridge freezer option, once we engaged with the Takelot refund team they promised the world to get the correct item. On the second delivery, they sent back the exact same device(matching serial numbers) and just stuck on a new sticker. To make the matter worse is the stock still has its 2017 waybill on meaning they pushing old stock out on the clients and hoping you just take it. on 3rd reorder the agent just simply told us now they were out of stock and accepted full blame but sorry just take a refund. Terrible service
