Wrong product delivered twice !!!

Most pathetic support and dispatch ethics from takealot . You will lose 'Alot' of customers! Already have competition out there that's much better than you, this time I asked for a refund instead of a replacement. Second time wrong product delivered , no one checks? Wasted my fuel and time three times also paid someone to install my touch screen media player only to tell them it's incorrect again and that takealot sent me a basic radio non touch screen ! They won't compensate me for my wasted time ,frustration, the inconvenience, my fuel and sound installer ,just a refund ?! Shows they don't care and think they can get away with it , I will use every platform to discredit them ! They deserve to be shut down ! Read all the other reviews they are making us all fools ! How useless are they! Don't support takealot! , use other companies which has better customer support, that's what I'm gonna do , this is not the last time they hear from me !
