Wrong product delivered, non returnable

I ordered a ride on car for my grandson when the car arrived after a week of waiting , I noted that the car did mot have a musical and lights steering wheel s I ordered, tried to return it but they marked it as non returnable, so they send you what ever and you must just take it, my haert was so sore to see my grandchild see the toy but not be able to play with it because I have to try and get the right one. In the meantime, there is no contact number for the Takealot Help Centre, and the app keeps showing log a return. Eventually, I got hold of someone; now I must wait for them to investigate, seriously!!!! Sort out your nonsense; it's not that hard!! I've been ordering from takealot a lot but with this kind of service, I will definitely not order again
