Wrong product delivered

So fed up with Takealot … if they do not deliver the wrong item , they deliver bad quality. Waited for 2 weeks for a carpet to deliver … and then they send the wrong one ! Have to wait for a voucher and then order the correct carpet and pay delivery fee again… !! Will not order for takealot again .. this is the second time that i received the wrong carpet !!
