Wrong product delivered, bad customer service!

I ordered a laptop battery and a laptop stand from takealot.com. when they delivered my parcel on Friday 19th 2020 only the laptop stand and socks, which I did not order, were in the box no battery. I have logged queries since Friday but no response, no one ever picks up at the call centre. I am very disappointed with takealot's customer service as it has been more than 24hours since i logged the complaint. I have paid for the battery and i need it as i am working from home and experience power outages on a daily bases.
