Wrong product delivered and slow return

I ordered a birthday gift (radio controlled car) for my son and Takealot mixed it up with a yoga mat meant for someone else. The yoga mat they delivered to me had to address stickers on - mine and the other presumable the correct one. I registered a return the same day but had to wait 4 days before they collected the yoga mat and I'm still waiting for my order two days after my son's birthday.
