Wrong product delivered and return refused. Beware.

We ordered a 4m x 3m tent and received a 3m x 2m tent. We only detected this after we erected it and immediately packed it up again and returned it. The return was refused because the product was “used.” It was erected for less than 15 minutes and it’s not our fault the wrong product was delivered.
