Wrong product delivered

I ordered a Galaxy A32 on 14/05/2021 and paid R4995.00 for the phone. I was sent an sms that I would receive my phone today. I received a package and it was a charger, defenatily not the product that I purchased. I spoke to an agent from Takealot and he advised that they are investigating... I require the phone as Takealot has inconvenienced me! My order number is ***7
