Wrong product delivered

I placed an order today (06 May 2025) morning for a car key case, and paid for the same day delivery. The oder arrived around 14h37, upon opening the box, an incorrect item was placed, which is a Eucerin acute lip balm. I am very angry and utterly disappointed at the service provided. Moreover, when I contacted the call centre, the agent I spoke to sounded unprofessional and had no empathy.
