Wrong product

I ordered a 3 in 1 Bluetooth receiver on the 10th of June it arrives it's the wrong product I get a set Bluetooth earphones for the return I order a dac with Bluetooth it arrives yesterday to find a snackwich machine this is totally unacceptable I waste my petrol to do pick up for a wrong product you guys need to pull up your socks
