Wrong product 5m x 3.5m Solar Swimming Pool Blue Bubble Cover / Blanket

I ordered 5m x 3.5m Solar Swimming Pool Blue Bubble Cover / Blanket on 06 Nov and it arrived 18 Nov. I opened the package and discovered it is not the size ordered. Measured it and it was 4m x 3.5 ( close to 3.5). I placed it back and logged return for replacement. 22 Nov collected and 24 Nov received and assessed. R1838 later note on app that return declined and i need to email. Check emails and find takealot email to evaluate the product. How can i get a decline for return and review a product that is not the size i ordered .
