WRONG PRODUCT

Good day.

I ordered a product from you guys but when I opened the product it was the wrong one.

I did have a look at the image of the product I ordered and the product I received is different from the one I received.

I have Samsung galaxy active 2....but the one I receice was the wrong one. If I look at the image it looks like the right product but when I received the product it was the wrong one.

I expect some feedback on this.
