Wrong parcel received from TAKELOT.

I ordered Flexofend pills on 29/7 and received the parcel this morning. once I opened the box, I note that I received the wrong product, a phone cover for a Honor 90 phone. This is a nice product but not what I ordered!!! I cant find a telephone number or email number to complain. on my order it says the parcel is not returnable. the price difference is about R70. Really, I am not happy with the service. how can I return the WRONG PARCEL I received?
