Wrong parcel delivered and non refundable goods

Delivered the wrong goods to me then they had to pick up the goods delivered send them back to the stores recount their stock then they could only reissue my order after probably 10 emails to them I was so disappointed. Not sure how me receiving the wrong order had to delay me receiving my correct order and that delaying my actual order by 10 days and speaking with 6 different agents. Done with take a lot
