Wrong parcel delivered and correct item was not delivered

I ordered 3 items from Takealot and 2 of the items were delivered and the 3rd item was not. In the same package there were 2 lego boxes which I didn't order and informed them to come collect their lego's and deliver my missing item. The items are for my son's birthday on the 5th of March and now the collection message says I'll get a reply in 3 days, this is unfair because your packaging department made the error and not me. I have paid for my item and its disappointing that my son wont receive his present because of your error. Please rectify.
