Wrong parcel

I ordered belt for my back with 10 patches.they delivered it at my wifes work.I was out of town that time and only got to open it after 7 days.in the package was not the belt I ordered and no patches.I have sent it back but they sent it back to me and refuse to send me the right one or to refund me because of the 7 days that passed before I sent it back..since 2016 I bought thousands of rands eguipment from them and that is how they treat me.I will never buy from them again.so make sure you check your parcels within 7 days or if you can't tell someone to open it and ceck it
