WRONG PARCEL

i am so disappointed at Takealot,i ordered a gas heater on the 29 Jun 2025 and received my order on 09 July 2025,however i was not happy at all because i got a totally different item, so i logged for a return and exchange with the correct one, GUESE WHAT, i was told via sms that i need to wait for 2-3 day for the parcel to arrive at the warehouse....Imagine i waited 8 days for this parcel ,the next thing i need to wait for more days....I'm so ****ed because my mother needs this heater ,why must i be inconvenience because of the mistake that was done at the warehouse..i thought Takealot was all about conveniency ,but no....I DONT THINK I WILL ORDER EVER AGAIN....
