Wrong Package delivery - Zero Communication

I was so excited to order from Take a lot on behalf of my moms friend, I order a shake on the 2nd of FEB , the process was pretty easy and they sent me a sms saying that going to deliver on the 6 Feb , only to find out they going to deliver the wrong package and a day earlier than expected , with no communication . The call centre agents are so useless I can even believe the one called back only for me to change their bad rating , Here I am a week still without my delivery. Fabian and Rashian oh my word I have never been so annoyed the whole week I been calling they cant help , they say they going to call back they dont . The head does not know what the tail is doing. Two days no communication then they push it out for another Monday. I will never ask for deliver again , they will give you the incorrect package then you have to run after Take a lot . This company is totally like our country ******* and slow
