Wrong outcome asked for

I returned an item and I clicked I would like my preferred outcome to be a refund to my takealot account. Now takealot has taken it upon themselves to send me a coupon code for the amount and I have told them I do not need to buy anything on their website that is why I requested my takealot account to be credited so that I can request a refund to my bank account. But they say regrettably they can't do that, yet I asked that the preferred outcome be a credit to my takealot account. This is unacceptable as they are now forcing me to buy so ethan off of takealot that I do not need and who will pay the delivery fee? I have screenshots of all this!!!
