Wrong orders, Delivery Delay, No feedback

I places an order on the 16th of April 9 items including a generator on the 20th April, I recieved an order with 8 items that i had ordered and no generator when the driver gave me 2 boxes and i asked him where is the generatpor he saifd this is what they recieved maybe iots still comeing, So when is get inside the house and unbox its 8 correct items in 1 box and another small box there was Neem oi 5ltr dont even know what the hell that is for,

Such incompetence how do you mistake 5 lt liquid for 26kg metal generator

and when you think of it who ever ordered the neem oil just like me is also experiaencing this incompetence because the neem oil says shipped on 08/04/21 so they are still waiting

So maybe its better to order directly from the vendor because they are written, when you browse on take a lot rathere than using the platform
