Wrong order Takealot!!

Sorely disappointed with their service. That is now 2 orders in a row that they have *****ed up. My wife ordered a wired controller for our pc and hey presto we get delivered a PS3 wireless controller. Twice I had to send pictures of the item and barcode because clearly the second person did NOT bother reading the email they responded to. I go to the pickup point and get told I will get and email. Seriously wondering if I should support them anymore?
