Wrong order sent twice

Twice a have ordered the 1000 piece magnetic ball set and twice they have sent me the 216 piece magnetic ball set. My son decided to order his Birthday gifts from Takealot with the money he go. Well we are 1 and a half months later and we are still waiting for a birthday present. Maybe with any luck they will decided to send us the correct one before Christmas. We are very upset and disappointed. Never in my life have a had such bad service from Takealot. The same wrong item sent, and what really irritates me is there is no email address or telephone number you can call.
