Wrong order sent, not checked by staff.

<p>I have seen a special on Takealot and it said Double Dozen (24), my order arrived and A DOZEN (12) was delivered, COD and gone the driver went.I reported and then back and forth and again have to book a return or exchange etc what a heap of **** you have givven me the wrong quantity and that is it.I have sent photos to them ********** as proof and still they will argue to investigate I mean hell really I have paid already and acknowledge half the quantity received just send me the other half, now all the inconvenience of returning the order for investigation and then send it again to me with now Double Dozen really wasting valuable time.You could have had the other 12 delivered today in all the time you wasted on emails to me to do this and that and this and that.</p> <p>I actually needed my stuff for tomorrow now I cannot use it as it needs to be returned for investigation, after a agent told me there is another Dozen in the warehouse so why it could not have been sent this afternoon I do not know, but I will not buy from you again how does stuuf and waybills get checked to just mis half of an order and still it leaves the final check from warehouse,(IDIOTS)</p> <p>I will not return the half I have received as the mistake was not mine and the inconvenience is not you it is me to go through it.</p>
