Wrong order send

I have ordered 3 boardgames, they send the items in 3 days but when the order came it was the wrong order. I had to wait 2 days for them to come and collect the wrong order and now I must wait 2 weeks for the correct one to be delivered. I am realy upset to wait this long. They could have send the right order when they collected the wrong one. It was their mistake and I think they should rectify the problem A. S. A. P. and not have the customer wait this long!!!!!!!!
