Wrong order received and customers not prioritized!!!!!!!.

Extremely Livid, ordered a phone and got a smart galaxy watch. when i query i am being told to follow a tedious process as if ita my fault to get the incorrect item.

i have advised the consultant that i am unable to take the pics for their investigation as i am unreachable.

What a waste of my time with a bunch of *********** team!!!!!
