wrong order of 3 items not delivered and only refunded 1 item and forgot about the other 2 items

My husband and I placed an order on the 01 April 2021. The order Order #***4 was delivered on the 6th April but it was completely wrong. We ordered a 1L playdough bucket, a phone cover and a phone but instead had a bottle of Klipdrift and a cable delivered. Logged the fault and sent an email which takealot confirmed that the packaging was mixed up. We got the credit for the phone but not for the other 2 items nor did the other 2 items get delivered. Sent another email to takelaot with no reply. I cant return 3 items if I only received 2 in the box as the wrong order. Want my refund on the other 2 items or for my stock delivered which is the play dough and phone cover
