Wrong order, no correspondence

Always order kids toys on takealot and never experienced any problems however this time around i was disappointed. Firstly i ordered a certain toy laptop amd they gave me the wrong brand which is not whats on the description of the one o ordered. Secondly i chose the pink color and i got a blue color. I logged a return for this product on the 19th of feb and received an email to send pictures of the product and the barcode, so i did but since then i never received any correspondence. When i try to track the return progress it remained checking for eligibility since the 19th. I cannot get their contact numbers. Or atleast a platform to change collection method to drop off to speed up the process. I did read their terms and conditions and checked if my product qualifies for a return and it does.
