Wrong order from takealot

Ordered a sewing machine. I needed it urgently. Was supposed to arrive on 14/05/2020 but did not arrive. It then arrived on 15/05/2020. The product that was delivered was a canon maxify printer?? The completely wrong order was delivered. Spent an hour and 45 minutes on hold on the customer care line. Eventually hung up and sent an email. I got an automated response saying that I needed to log a return? Why on earth must I go through that process due to neglect from takealot? Absolutely zero customer service
