Wrong order from takealot

I have placed an order for a phone on the 8th of November 2021 and my order arrived on the 10th of November. Upon delivery the driver called me and told me he is here I told him come into my complex which is not even big and than he cuts the call on me. When I call back he doesn't listen just keep saying that he's here and that I should come out. I eventually came out and when I confronted him he was rude towards me and I felt I didn't need this as I was working and had to leave work to come take that. When I got my box I opened it in my house and when I opened it I got the wrong order which was a portable charger instead of the phone I requested. I called and they asked for pictures and I sent them and I sent them to 3 people and eventually I Recieved a mail from someone on the 12th of November saying that it has been approved that it will take 2-3 days to come pick the product and once the product is picked up they will create a replacement for me and who knows how long that could take. I don't agree with this process as it is not my fault I made my payment and should Recieve my product and if they made a mistake they should do their best to rectify it but honestly I feel like they don't care.
