Wrong Order Delivery - Takealot

I am continuously getting disappointed by Takealot by receiving the incorrect goods. Almost with every order there is one item that is not what I ordered. Is the person that packs the order tired and overworked perhaps so that they are unable to concentrate? Then I can understand. Then my suggestion is to employ more competent personnel. Last week I ordered a few things including batteries and received a charging cable in stead of the batteries. They did refund me but my point is that I paid delivery charges so if order the batteries again I have to pay delivery charges AGAIN. They could of exchanged the item but no, make more money and just ignore the customer service side of it. They are going to loose me as a client but I feel they don't even care and looking at all the other complaints it is possible.
