Wrong order delivered
I am an unhappy customer as I received the wrong order, on returning it, I was told it is out of stock and the one on the website (which is what I ordered and paid for the full amount that it was advertised on) is sold by a different company now called NEXCO and the price of it is higher than the one I paid for, but to my surprise, it is still on the website with the same company IYWA but with price increased from R 1217.00 to R 1969.00. So I was told my refund is being processed. I am not sure if I will shop at take a lot in the near future. This means the sales people **** to me because the item is still under IYWA and is still on the website, they just changed the prices after I paid and decided to tell me the item is now out of stock while they they confirmed my order. Take a lot has really disappointed me as I was their regular customer. They failed me.
