Wrong order delivered by user-unfriendly Takealot
Takealot have delivered totally incorrect product to me, I've handed it back to the driver who kept telling me to look on the website. But there's no contact number for Takealot, and the site tells me to cancel order, but I cannot as I've paid for the product I ordered. There's a total disconnect between Takealot and their messenger service and no help from either. I want my order, I've given documentation re my paid for order/item to the driver and refused to accept the wrong item delivered. I won't buy from Takealot again.

18 Jan 2024, 11:04Instead of delivering to me the eye serum product which I ordered and paid for, they now want to collect from me the kitchen scissors which I did NOT order and which I refused to accept from the driver, so he has it, but they also want to collect from me the eye serum which I paid for but which they have not delivered to me. Takelot makes no sense at all, things are just going from bad to worse. And I am out of pocket with no eye serum. Unacceptable.
