Wrong order delivered at my house

I bought a 16 inch bicycle, mouse for laptop and replacement strap at Takealot on the 27th of May 2019. However, upon delivery today I received a toy car for 12-18 months baby. The order was wrong. Mind you I bought the bicycle as a gift. I refused to take the order and I am totally disappointed with takealot. My order number is # ********** 2. Right now I don't know when I will get my order. All I heard from da call center was that they will investigate.
